Service

Giftora lets you create gift lists for events and share a public link with guests. The service is provided as-is; we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate event information
Only add contributor emails with permission; they can manage gifts when signed in with that address
Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, or abuse (including automated scraping of our APIs)
Product URLs you import must comply with applicable site terms

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled in the billing portal. Refunds are handled according to our support policy and applicable law.

Public pages

Registry pages at /event/… are publicly accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share sensitive personal information you do not want visible to guests.

Liability

We are not responsible for third-party product listings, pricing accuracy, or purchase fulfillment. Gift purchases happen on external retailer sites.
